You can apply argument that to all healthcare that affects natural selection. If you are sick do you want a) a drug that will cure you, or b) shall we just let natural selection take it's course?

Rugby Union is a great example. This is another game that 'flows', yet they can use replays when needed.

banging on about the flow of the game being interrupted is rubbish. The time spent arguing with the referee is time enough to review.

I've lost a couple of stones this year, but still have a few to go and I'm doing it through exercise / reduced portion size and avoiding sugary drinks. I feel better for it, and although I have some way to go, the fact that I'm out and about cycling most days has filled me with more energy.
