  • Rugby Union is a great example. This is another game that 'flows', yet they can use replays when needed.

  • banging on about the flow of the game being interrupted is rubbish. The time spent arguing with the referee is time enough to review.

  • I've lost a couple of stones this year, but still have a few to go and I'm doing it through exercise / reduced portion size and avoiding sugary drinks. I feel better for it, and although I have some way to go, the fact that I'm out and about cycling most days has filled me with more energy.
